The beginning belting is so iconic. The tones and resonant were superb.
@James Hutchison It's a song called "Lover for Life". Crazy thing is the portion in the video clip never made it into the track on the album cut. The clip in this video had to be a recording someone took of an isolated studio session (unless there's a remix somewhere). I dare say the version in the clip itself is even better than the album track, which is incredible!

I can't even get to the rest of the video. I've already rewound that part like 50 times. Never heard this particular clip and I thought I've seen most all there is of Whitney. In 10 years the surprises haven't stopped. Such an unbelievable gift of heaven! An unreal, pristine quality voice, most especially in her prime. Incomparable!
